The Virginia Microelectronics Center is equipped with state-of-the-art semiconductor deposition, fabrication, and testing equipment.  These facilities are used to grow a wide variety of semiconductor and oxide crystals, fabricate devices, and characterize the quality and properties of the devices or samples.
